Delivery & Returns
Our delivery charges do not make money, and include the cost of packaging required to get your items to you safely. Wherever possible we try to use recycled packaging and avoid the use of plastic, but occasionally there is no sensible alternative.
Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is within a maximum of 5 working days for orders in the UK. Please allow for extra delivery time for any orders outside of the UK. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that delivery will be longer, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
The cost of UK Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery is £2.99.
Free delivery when you spend £30 or more, except custom size artwork.
We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class -£3.69, Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours - £3.45 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour - £4.15,
This includes delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and BFPOs.
Order will usually arrive within 3 to 5 days.
For most orders we use Royal Mail.
If you are not at home, the driver will either put the parcel in a secure place and post a card advising you where they have left it, or leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour, please specify a different delivery address at checkout.
Please note - we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Exceptions To Our Delivery Service
For exceptional or custom orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, our delivery charges may be different. If this is the case, we will contact you before your order is finalised.
Nash Hat Delivery
Nash Hat products are made to order by hand, this takes approximately 3 working days before being dispatched. The wool is bought per order, meaning the colours may slightly via from order to order depending on the dye lot. Gift wrapping is not available for Nash Hat products.
Delivery Company ‘failed delivery’ Email Scam
None of our delivery companies will ever ask you for any payment for redelivery of a parcel. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
The delivery note will not show prices and we can also add your personal message for a gift.
We will send an order confirmation to your email address.
Delivery To Multiple Addresses
If you would like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be applied to each address, unless each order is over £30.
We offer custom wire weaving jewellery pieces and acrylic pouring artwork. Due to each piece being made to your colour and size specifications, prices and shipping will vary. Please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Overseas Delivery and European Union
For delivery outside the UK please contact us via email: email@example.com for more details on postage to your country.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of invoice or receipt. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item.
If you have a query regarding the refund you must let us know within 28 days of the refund being issued.
We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
If an order is returned to us by post or courier company then we will cancel your order and refund you.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
